These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of devicode.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Site scope
Devicode operates this Site to describe and link to focused software products. Product accounts, subscriptions, features, support, and availability are governed by the terms published on each product’s own website. Content on this Site is provided for general information and may change.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to violate law, harm another person, bypass security controls, interfere with the Site, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access, or submit deceptive or abusive material. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Product names, logos, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or grants a right to use Devicode branding outside ordinary reference to the company or its products.
4. External products and third-party links
The Site links to Kidsplorer, MyCostBase, CodersTool, SendPromptly, TrackToGrow, and other external services. A link does not make the linked site’s content, availability, security, or privacy practices part of this Site. Review the terms and policies provided by the site or product you use.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through or generated by this Site, including contact-form data, operational information, and cookies.
6. Site availability and changes
We may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time. Hosting, network, form-processing, and other third-party interruptions can affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
11. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Devicode regarding the Site. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Site; you may not assign them without our consent.
